Mauri Vegetable Shortening WHITE
Also known as "CAKE ICING, WHITE FAT or CREME SHORTENING...This is used in place of Butter when making Butter cream icing.
gives a whiter icing and more firmer than butter. Can easily achieve actual colors when coloring.
Does not melt as easily as Butter as Vegetable shortening has a higher melting point than butter.
Swirls stay firm and holds shape for a longer time.
Needs to be refrigerated when not using.
