How to Use Dry:

Use a soft decorators brush to polish dust directly onto finished chocolate pieces, shards, decorations, fondant, royal icing, gum paste, flowers and figurines.
Use also in our plastic chocolate moulds, simply dry brush the inside of the mould cavity with the dust before adding melted chocolate.

How to Use Wet:

The lustre polish can be made into a paint and used Wet.  Create a quick drying edible paint by mixing the lustre polish with drops of Alcohol Rose Spirit .
